How it works;

We only sell flowers that are fresh and to pre order.  When we receive your order we in turn order from the farm.  By ordering for you we ensure we have little waste, and you have fresh flowers, days before they arrive in the markets.

The flowers arrive on Sunday morning, are QC'd, labelled and then held in cold store until they leave at 6pm on Sunday evening. 

They are delivered overnight by courier, usually by noon, but our contract is next day, particularly in outlying areas.  Some areas of the Highlands and Islands take two days.  Northern Ireland is overnight.  There is an additional charge of £10 delivery for Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.  We will contact you about this if we need to.

We offer a no quibble guarantee, but must be informed of shortages upon receipt, and other issues as they occur.  We have very few claims through the year.

Delivery is free over £60.00, you can always add a little foliage from the list if you don't quite get there!  If you wish to add to an existing order you can choose to overide the delivery charge on the payment pages.
