Terms and Conditions
All flowers are dispatched by overnight courier, our contract is for delivery by 17.30, in practice it is usually by 1pm. Some Highland areas are two day delivery, as are most Scottish Isles.
Delivery is free on orders over £60.00 ex VAT, except Northern Ireland and Scottish Isles, plus the Isle of Man, which incur an additional £10.00 per consignment.
Shortages and claims must be reported at once. We have a no quibble guarantee on all products, but must be informed at once of any problems.
Payment is by credit or debit card.
All flowers are bought to order, we sell no old stock.
